Shipping and Returns Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 Business Days to process your order.

STORE PICKUP

Cecil Walker Cycle Orders can be picked up daily, from 10.00am at 395-397 Elizabeth St, Melbourne VIC 3000. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using flat rate shipping which will arrive within 3 - 10 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of $100 applies to orders shipping Australia wide. Optional: We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping Australia-wide.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cecilwalkermelbourne@ozemail.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
